  1. Anatomy Trains is an interesting book that provides a lot of detail on how muscles chain together in order to function properly. It is very easy to read and understand. I think that the diagrams are great in helping to understand each section further.

  2. I would recommend The Low back pain programme to anyone who has tight hips and hamstrings. As an athlete, I really thought I knew how to stretch properly. However, I was very ignorant and wrong! I would recommend this book because it has exercises from beginner to advanced. It has benefited me by helping to realign my body and prevent lower back problems because of tight and underused muscles that I was unaware of before.
