Bluebird Botanicals Review

You don’t have to look too far to stumble across a CBD product. It wasn’t that long ago that you would have struggled to find a good quality CBD oil – but now, they’re everywhere.

This is largely thanks to America loosening its federal legislation around the growing of hemp, and while not all states are in agreement with this, most of them are slowing catching on.

What this now means is that there is a natural remedy that has the potential to be an effective treatment for many medical conditions. One of the best parts is that it comes without all the harsh side effects that conventional medicine often has.

As you can expect, there are now quite a few companies attempting to become the go-to CBD company for all of your CBD needs. While this means that you’ve got quite a range to choose from, it also means that some cannot be trusted.

Let’s review one and decide whether they’re trustworthy or not.

A Review of Bluebird Botanicals

Bluebird Botanicals bring the CBD industry an air of kindness and humility that’s difficult to find a lot of the time. They have a long list of sustainable practices that they apply on a daily basis in the production process, as well as connecting closely with the farmers that produce their hemp for them. Bluebird Botanicals also wants their products to be available and accessible to everyone that needs them, which is why they have discounts for the disabled and veterans.

We consider Bluebird Botanicals a very down to earth company that has very positive attitudes towards the CBD industry in general, which we could certainly do with more of. We are pleased to see that they’ve provided Certificates of Analysis for everyone to look at on their website – this is great news if you’re someone who holds the safety of the products you buy in high regard.

While we can see that they test for a long list of contaminants, we can’t see anywhere proof that they test for CBD concentration as well. One is not more important than the other – both should be tested for to create a product that’s safe to consume.

You can buy isolates, concentrates, vape accessories, pet chews, tinctures and more from this CBD company. We love that they offer some assistance programs because it means that they care about everyone, whether you’ve got the budget for their products or not. They also have an extensive testimonials and comments section that backs all of their claims up.

Their organically grown hemp is sourced from Colorado, which is a hub for hemp sources. What we find interesting about this CBD company is that they use two different methods of extraction when processing their plant material – ethanol and CO2. While we are happy to stand behind CO2 as one of the best extraction methods out there, we can’t say the same for ethanol.

It has the potential to contaminate the end product a bit more than we’re comfortable with, so we have to issue a warning against using products produced in this way.

Scam or Legit; Final Thoughts

Bluebird Botanicals certainly seem to be at the top of their game when it comes to ticking important regulation boxes in the CBD industry.

However, we can’t round out this review without mentioning that while they’ve ticked off most of the important boxes, they haven’t managed to cross them all out.

As we mentioned, we can’t see any evidence of this company testing for CBD concentration in their products, which means you’re going to have a difficult time determining the purity of your CBD. What’s more, we haven’t been able to figure out why they use two methods of extraction.

We’ve made it clear that we don’t like one of the methods they use, which is why we have to say at this point that we can’t recommend them and suggest you look somewhere else for a good CBD product.
