There are a lot of health products out there that claim to have life-changing health benefits. While most of them aren’t worth the hype, there is one that is – and it looks like it’s here to stay.
CBD oil is something that’s been used in Eastern medicine for hundreds of years, but because it’s natural, it’s taken a long time for the FDA to get their head around it – and they’re not even there yet.
However, this doesn’t mean that it’s not widely available, and it feels like everyone is selling it. This is good news for you, but it also requires you to be wary and do your research.
Let’s review one CBD oil company and determine whether they’re worth buying from or not.
A Review of Green Gorilla
Green Gorilla is a little different from other CBD oil companies. Many of them out there are purely just trying to push their products, without much thought for their practices and the environment around them. Green Gorilla, however, does the opposite – they do everything while promoting eco-friendly, sustainable practices and solutions.
In fact, you may be impressed to know that Green Gorilla is one of only a few CBD oil companies that have the USDA organic seal. This means that all its processes and ingredients are organic, sustainable and clean.
As we mentioned, Green Gorilla is committed to a more sustainable way of doing things, and it’s getting them noticed around the world. All of their products and sub-companies are focused on sustainable solutions and creating a viable source of nutrition and wellness through their CBD products.
You’ll find that all of their products are made out of organic, non-GMO hemp that they source from a number of different farmers. The hemp they obtain for their CBD isolate comes from both Europe and Colorado, while they source their full-spectrum CBD plant material from Nevada. They even have a range for horses and pets, which we always like to see.
As well as an extensive range of CBD oils that they’ve mixed with a number of different herbs and oils, Green Gorilla have also got an extensive topical range too. Their balm is the complete package with 100% organic ingredients.
We can feel confident that their CBD oil line is free from herbicides and pesticides because their plant material is organic. However, they still need to update and post Certificates of Analysis that indicate they lab test all of their products.
Not only do we want to make sure that their source is definitely organic, but we also need to know that their products contain a good amount of CBD.
While Green Gorilla claims to put all of their products through third-party lab testing, there’s no way of knowing this for sure because they don’t have any proof of it on their website.
Green Gorilla Alternatives
At the end of the day, Green Gorilla is the type of company that can be put into a very small group of companies, and this group is all about sustainable practices and making sure that everything from A-Z is done the right way.
While we commend them for this type of business ethos, it’s difficult for us to feel confident in their actual product as they haven’t posted any lab test reports on their site.
Without these, it’s impossible to know whether they’re safe to use or not. For this reason, we can’t recommend them as a company.
