CBD oil is quickly becoming one of the most popular alternative health remedies. It’s a great option instead of prescription medication because it’s completely natural and works with your body, encouraging it to heal itself.
While all of these things are great, there is a slightly darker side to the CBD oil industry. There are many companies out there now who consider their CBD oil to be the best.
However, this doesn’t mean that they are. In fact, there are a lot of companies that you’re going to want to avoid; otherwise, you could end up using a sub-par product and wasting your money.
Let’s review one of them and decide whether they’re worth buying from or not.
Shanti Wellness: The Details
Many of these companies take the Eastern approach to CBD oil, and it makes sense. CBD oil has been prevalent in Eastern medicine for centuries, and it’s only just now coming on the Western scene.
Shanti means tranquility and peace in Sanskrit, so you can already see through the name of this company why they wanted to create a CBD oil.
With a positive message and beautiful branding too, this brand definitely looks the part and is going to attract plenty of potential customers. However, if they want this type of reputation, they need to be thorough with features like their lab test reports.
Shanti Wellness is more than a CBD oil company – they are an apothecary. This is because they recruit other natural remedies like turmeric and combine them with CBD oil to create products that can help you on a number of different levels.
Apparently, the founders looked to CBD oil as an answer to stress and anxiety they were experiencing as a result of modern-day life. Through their research, they began to discover the seemingly endless ways that CBD can improve your health.
The team behind Shanti Wellness have over 20 years of experience in holistic health, which makes us feel like they know what they’re talking about. What we don’t like about them, however, is that they aren’t so upfront about their lab results.
With sleek, aesthetically pleasing packaging, we can see why a customer may be drawn to Shanti Wellness. They are creative and diverse with their CBD oils, combining them with stevia, peppermint, hemp seed oil and even grapeseed oil. Their body balm also includes eucalyptus oil, so it’s clear from where we stand that they are passionate about using all things natural.
What we don’t like, however, is that they have managed to slip some artificial ingredients in as well. From emulsifying agents to chemicals like ethylene oxide, they actually include a number of harsh elements that aren’t recommended for human consumption. While small concentrations may be tolerable, we hate to think about what they could do if you’re taking a daily dose for an extended period of time.

Final Thoughts
Ultimately, Shanti Wellness is a beautiful brand and promote themselves as being a holistic CBD oil company who are passionate about alternative health remedies.
However, while they have the aesthetic side of things down, they need to spend more time focusing on the purity side of things, because we don’t like that they’ve chosen to include some questionable ingredients.
One thing they could do to increase our confidence initially is to have their lab test results available for you to look at. As of now, we can’t recommend a company like this.

It was really disappointing to find out that Shanti Wellness products contain some artificial ingredients. I’m prone to allergies so I prefer my CBD oil to be as pure and organic as possible. I won’t be ordering anything from this brand again. I just can’t compromise my health.
I have tried Shanti Wellness CBD oil for my anxiety and panic attacks. It was recommended by my mother’s friend who’s really into holistic medicine. Unfortunately, the CBD oil didn’t help me with my condition although I did like the taste of it and the price was alright as well.
