Jeff’s Best Hemp! Review

You may have noticed that CBD has started to make quite a name for itself in the health industry. It is considered an excellent natural alternative to many different health conditions, from insomnia and anxiety to depression and even arthritis.

While this is great news for patients who are after a treatment without conventional adverse side effects, this also means that there are companies out there looking to exploit people who don’t know better.

Let’s give one of these companies a review and decide whether they’re the kind of CBD oil company that can be trusted or not.

A Review of Jeff’s Best Hemp!

Jeff’s Best Hemp is a company that’s been in the CBD oil game for quite a while now, and you could consider them a hallmark of it. In fact they’re one of the first companies to come up with CBD hemp oil that’s unheated and raw, quite a feat in today’s climate.

Of course, the lack of heat results in a higher concentration of CBD, as well as the inclusion of many other compound benefits, so this is definitely the type of product to go after if you’re someone who likes it as natural as it comes.

Jeff’s Best Hemp was created from a need for something natural as a treatment for cancer. Jeff himself had gone through the process of living with cancer and was determined to find a viable alternative that didn’t come with all the negative side effects that conventional drugs often have. Additionally, he is a certified nutritionist, making him somewhat of an expert on the topic.

This company goes the extra mile when it comes to the purity of their product, and they even describe in great detail the kinds of lab testing that they do on each and every batch. What is strange, then, is that they haven’t published any Certificates of Analysis to back up such claims, which we find to be quite disappointing.

As you can imagine, this CBD oil company has an extensive range of products, which include herbal blends, essential oils, tinctures, and of course their CBD oil. They even use their very own raw cold-pressed hemp seed oil as the carrier, which of course is going to be appealing to a wider audience.

As a bonus, Jeff’s Best Hemp refuses to use anything to do with plastic or solvents when manufacturing their products. They have a passionate commitment to both the environment and the health and wellbeing of their customers, which shines through when you take a look at how their products were made and what they have been made from.

Final Thoughts

At the end of the day this is the kind of company that truly believes in the product they’re selling, and they wouldn’t settle for anything less.

They also seem to have a high qualified team behind the brand that works hard to make sure each product is high quality. However, they have let themselves down in a big way by not posting any proof of lab testing their products.

This is a major thing to have left out and it means that we can’t recommend them as a company – without them, we just have no way of knowing whether they’re safe to use or not.

  1. I’m thankful for articles like this that can help people manage their health and wellness. We need to know every little detail that can enhance our living while also ensuring our safety. However, we should never forget that when we want to try something new, especially for our health, it’s essential to consult a doctor or an expert to ensure that the product is appropriate.

  2. To the author,

We’re not quite sure why you would use a picture of our hemp seed protein, as a picture for the CBD versions we do.

Also, we do say quite clearly that we offer a C of A on any ingredient we work with, upon request.

Which we have always done prior to CBD even being discovered.

We also have said, and Jeff as well, that even if a large portion of customers are temporarily conditioned to ask for a C of A when getting an item, they unfortunately rarely know how to interpret it correctly. Which in turn, used to cause alot of people to call and ask questions that were repetitive, time consuming, and ultimately consisted of primarily trying to help someone learn about how to read an MSDA or Lab sheet correctly. As a small company, in an effort to reduce our time on the phone answering the same questions over and over again, we shifted to making them be available upon request.

Jeff has stated before that even with a c of a, as a company that makes products with simple ingredients, we want to build a relationship with our customers that is based on trust, and that when we list ingredients at a particular strength, or list an item as organic, it’s a matter of trust. Even with all those seals, someone can go down the rabbit hole and say “is it REALLY organic?” “is it REALLY free of heavy metals?” etc. even with data sheets assuring that they are. That’s why as a company standard, we list very clearly on our site that ingredient purity sheets are listed BY REQUEST.

Conversely, if you think about the fact that customers walk into health food stores daily and buy something as complex as a multivitamin, baking mixes, salad dressings, sports nutrition, hormone creams, and never ask for a C of A for any of the ingredients, nor do they for all the herbal supplements, or joint formulas, gluten free products, etc. etc. etc. and yet, seem to feel and be completely happy and safe with their items, past a certain point, it will always be a matter of trust for the customer.

In the passage of AB45 for California with regards to CBD items, we will be reinstituting a page listing fresh lab results per batch, in accordance with AB45 guidelines, which is easy as we’ve had that data all along.

We appreciate the positives of your review, but to cast aspersions when we clearly offer the availability and explanation as to why we originally shifted to things being upon request, it’s a bit less our short coming, and a bit more poor research on the part of the reviewer.

We’ve been in business and a trusted household name for over 13 years, with solid happy customers that know they can trust us based on their results.

But for the newbies, please be informed that C of A’s have ALWAYS been available upon request, per ingredient.

If you ever have any other questions about any item, please don’t hesitate to contact us. :)

  3. It’s great to read articles like this because the information given could help someone decide on which products and brands they should try and use. Reading articles like this will be beneficial to those who are just new to CBD.
